WINTER 2017/18

Happy Holidays to everyone.  The snow is gently falling and I'm reminded of Gordon LIghtfoot's "Song for a Winter's Night".

The new 2018 workshop schedule for LaHave Weaving Studio is out and although I'm still making a few changes to the website, please have a look.
I'm excited to have added some new workshops ranging from Nancy Price helping students develop their own print pattern for fabric or wallpaper,
Kate Delmage exploring a variety of embellishing techniques for clothing or accessories, a series of 2-Day Workshops including intro to spinning
with Sharon Orpin, our 4-day Textile Study Tour: the South Shore, as well as learning tapestry weaving on a frame loom and a variety of weaving workshops.
Join us in beautiful Lunenburg for learning new skills or pushing boundaries, making new friends, and exploring the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

On the LaHave Weaving Studio site watch for our "Textile Conversations" which are short presentations or mini-workshops held throughout the summer that are free and open to
the public.  That schedule will be coming out in the New Year.

I'll be on Main Street, Wolfville at Larchwood Designs for a pop-up show on Saturday and Sunday, January 20 & 21, 2018. Come on by and say hello. https://www.facebook.com/LarchWoodWolfville/
Bonne Annee!
