Constructed Throws

Armstrong Textiles has been producing a new furnishing, the "Constructed Throw", launched at the Interior Design Show in Toronto in 2011.  Luxurious in hand and rich with visual texture these generous throws add a wonderfully warm and distinctive design element to a room.  100% woven, felted, and hand-crafted in Armstrong Textiles'  workshop in Nova Scotia, the throws are one-of-a-kind, made from ultra-soft alpaca yarn composed with a variety of our own co-ordinating fabrics.

The three "Constructed Throws" shown above are woven and felted merino and alpaca, made in 2012.
